Send to your whole list with Fountain Pro.
Upload your list. We ship to every address, or send each person a link to claim their gift.
Your list
Add everyone at once.
Upload a spreadsheet, paste a list or type names in. We check every address and flag anything missing before you check out.
- One gift for everyone, or a gift per person
- Your logo uploaded once, on every gift
- Rather email it? Download the order form
How it’s sent
Ship it, or share a link.
Have addresses? We ship to each one. No addresses? Share one Smart Link in Slack or a company-wide email, and everyone adds their own.
- Ground shipping included on every gift
- Rather we send it? We email or text each person and follow up
- Links stay open 7 to 45 days, then close on their own
What they get
See what they’ll see.
Every link opens your card and message, then their gift. You can preview yours before it goes out.
- Our card, or one with your logo
- From you, your CEO or each rep on your team
Follow-up
We do the chasing.
Sending by email or text? We follow up with anyone who hasn’t added their address, so you don’t have to.
- Reminders the next day, then on days 3, 7 and 14
- One more before their link closes
- You pick the close day
Billing
Pay only for the gifts people claim.
On link orders you see the total grow as people claim. We bill you after the links close, and you pay by bank or card.
- Post a Smart Link for 60 people. If 52 claim, you pay for 52.
- Never claimed? Never billed.
