What is your turnaround time?
Ready-to-ship gifts ordered by 1pm ET on a weekday ship the same day. Custom and branded projects depend on the products and quantity; we confirm dates in your proposal.
How long does delivery take?
Ground usually takes 2 to 6 business days. Express 3-Day, 2-Day and 1-Day are available at checkout.
What is the cost of a custom gift box?
The price of your products, plus $25 to $35 a box. That covers our gift box, packing, a card and ground shipping. Your logo on the tag and card is free, with no minimum.
Can we send items to you to include in the gift box?
Yes. Tell us what you are sending and when it arrives, and we pack it with the rest of the gift.
Can you help with design and branding?
Yes. Ribbon and tag with your logo, and a card with your logo and message, are free on every order with no minimums. Send us your logo and we handle the rest.
We use Sendoso. Can we order Fountain there?
Yes. Our gifts are available through Sendoso, or you can order with us directly.
Can my team share one account?
Yes. Set up a team on Fountain Pro and invite people by email. Owners and admins see every order. Everyone can pay with a card saved on the team.
Can we have our own gift selection?
Yes. We set up a company store for your team, including gifts made just for you. Your admins pick which gifts show and whether your team sees only those.
