How it works
- 01Choose your giftsReady-to-ship boxes, a custom box, or a mix. Different recipients can get different gifts.
- 02Fill in the formOne row per recipient, with their address and card message.
- 03Email it to usSend it to [email protected]. We reply with an invoice.
- 04We pack and shipOnce the invoice is paid, we ship in your delivery window and share tracking.
Filling it in
- One person per row on the Order form tab. Delete the example row.
- First name, last name, address, city, state and ZIP are required. Anything marked optional can stay blank.
- Gift: the gift’s name or a link to it. Everyone getting the same gift? Leave it blank and tell us in your email.
- Card message: each person’s message in the column, or one message for everyone in your email. 65 words max.
- Delivery window: when the gift can arrive, like Dec 7-11. Same for everyone? Put it in your email.
- Email the file to [email protected] with your company name in the subject line.

What is your turnaround time?
Ready-to-ship gifts ordered by 1pm ET on a weekday ship the same day. Custom and branded projects depend on the products and quantity; we confirm dates in your proposal.
How long does delivery take?
Ground usually takes 2 to 6 business days. Express 3-Day, 2-Day and 1-Day are available at checkout.
What is the cost of a custom gift box?
It depends on the products and quantity. Ground shipping, packaging and branding are included in the price we quote.
Can we send items to you to include in the gift box?
Yes. Tell us what you are sending and when it arrives, and we pack it with the rest of the gift.
Can you help with design and branding?
Yes. Ribbon and tag with your logo, and a card with your logo and message, are free on every order with no minimums. Send us your logo and we handle the rest.
