What is your contact info?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders take 3-6 business days to deliver via standard shipping and 1-2 days with express shipping.

We will fulfill orders placed before 1pm EST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.

Orders shipped out Friday via Fedex 1-day express shipping are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery and will likely be delivered Monday. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery as Fedex only offers Saturday delivery in a limited number of metropolitan areas.

Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

We unfortunately cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, as Fedex only offers Saturday delivery in a limited number of metropolitan areas.

Is shipping included?

All our gift boxes include ground shipping free of charge. We have express shipping options that range from $8-$50 depending on the weight and size of the gift box.

Can I change the shipping address if my order has already shipped?

Unfortunately, we're unable to submit address change requests once an order has shipped. We do try to work with the shipping carrier as much as possible to either have the package rerouted back to our warehouse of held at a local facility for pickup.

I ordered a box via one of your expedited options and it was delayed in transit, now what?

We understand how important timely delivery is, especially for orders placed with expedited shipping. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays in transit.

The tracking shows my order was delivered, but it hasn't been received by the recipient.

We know how frustrating it can be when an order is marked as delivered but can’t be found. Confirm your recipient has thoroughly inspected their front porch, garden, mailbox, and any other places a delivery might be placed. It's also a good idea to inquire with neighbors or building management — the package could have been accepted on their behalf.

If the package remains lost, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team at [email protected] and we will help open a case with the carrier and work on sending out a replacement.

Can I customize a box?

What type of payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

You can also choose to pay via Apple Pay and Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we have do not ship internationally but are working on bringing this feature to our corporate clients by the end of 2024.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on the quantity and product stock. Many projects ship in 24 hours while others can take 10-14 days while we wait for products to arrive from vendors.

How long does delivery take?

All gifts are shipped from our warehouse in NJ via UPS Ground and take 1-6 business days to arrive. We have options for upgraded express shipping if needed. Below is our ground delivery map.

Where can I find your full collection of ready to ship gift boxes?

You can find all of our pre-curated gifts here. The pricing you see for these boxes includes shipping and free branding with no minimum, so what you see is what you pay out the door.

What is the cost of a custom gift box?

Our usual pricing is price of products + $22-$30 which covers packaging, shipping, and a note. This also includes free branded boxes and stationery with no minimums. You can browse our corporate product catalog here.

Do you offer one time bulk sending or ongoing gifting programs?

Both! Whether you’re looking to do a bulk one-time order, or start an ongoing gifting program, we are here to provide you with the full, white glove service.

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?

We usually do not offer discounts for large orders as we try and charge fair pricing all year round and offer free custom branded packaging and stationery to all corporate clients.

Can we send items to you to include in the gift box?

Yes, we offer full-service kitting and fulfillment for all kinds of projects. Depending on the project we may charge a $3-$5 drop in fee per item. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

GiftDrop

What is GiftDrop?

GiftDrop is a service we provide that allows you to send a gift instantly via text or email. Whether it's a birthday surprise, a token of appreciation, or a last-minute holiday gift, Giftdrop ensures your thoughtful gesture is received instantly and effortlessly.

Can gifts be shipped to an international address?

No. At this time, orders placed on our website can only be shipped to a U.S. address.

Will I be able to track their gift when it ships?

We'll send you tracking details within 24 hours of your recipient accepting the gift. We will also notify the recipient of the tracking information so they can prepare for delivery.

Will the gift recipient know how much I spent on their gift?

No. When they digitally unwrap their gift, no pricing is shown.

What if my recipient doesn't accept the gift?

We work hard to help your recipient accept a gift by sending a series of reminder emails or texts. If your recipient hasn't chosen a gift within 7 days your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged. We'll also send a copy of the Giftdrop link to you, so you can forward it to them yourself.

Returns

What's your return/exchange policy?

Gifts can be returned by you or the recipient for a complete refund within a 7-day period following delivery. Should the need for a return arise from a mistake on our part, we will cover the costs of return shipping. Please ensure items are sent back in their original packaging. How can I return my order?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
